Yes. We have full product descriptions for you to use. You can use the full description and/or modify it to fit your on-line store. You can also purchase and download a CSV file of all of our products. Check our catalog for more details and ordering instructions.
Do you have your product list in a data spreadsheet?
Yes. We can provide you with a product list in a data spreadsheet for download for a small fee. Check our catalog for more details and ordering instructions.
Can you provide web-ready product photos?
Yes. As part of our product description we provide a web-ready JPG image. You can use that image, your own image or you can also buy our 50 web-ready images file from our catalog.
How would you bill me? How do you want to be paid and how often?
Each product is paid at checkout for each individual order. If you have multiple order for multiple clients please place an individual order for each of your clients.
Are there minimum advertised prices?
No. We have a suggested retail price (MSRP). You have full control over the retail price on your on-line store.
Are there certain times when you can lower prices?
Yes. We can negotiate lower prices depending on your sales volume. If your sales volume is 25 lbs. or more per week, we can negotiate a discount.
What courier is used? Our preferred courier is the U.S. Postal Service. We also offer UPS as an option.
How long from the time you place an order with the drop shipper until the time it's shipped?
We roast and ship your orders within 48 hours.
What are the return policies? Simple, 100% satisfaction of your money back. No questions asked.
Are returns sent to the supplier or you?
Returns are sent directly to you (retailer).
Are there any restocking fees?
No. No restocking fees.
