Good quality coffee beans should not be stored for a long time after roasting. The quality of coffee decreases sharply just after a few days of roasting. That is why we roast our coffees only after you place your order. We do not store bags of roasted coffee. It doesn't get any fresher! We are convinced that once you try our fresh coffee you will be back for more!
